Tepid and uneven.

A group of genetically engineered raptors and a Tyranosaurus rex escape a lab and cause mayhem on a small town. Scene-by-scene rip-off of "carnosaur" (witch was much worse), and sports so-so dinosaur effects (Though some of the raptors looked okay) and weak acting (Especially from Eric Roberts, Julia Roberts less talented brother) and a predictable ending. Originally concieved as a "carnosaur 4", this film won't appeal to many genre fans.
