Anachronisms: In the abandoned trench, the Sergeant berates his men by saying, "...this isn't a holiday camp." Although the notion of a "holiday camp" existed in Britain as early as 1897, it was not until the opening of the first Butlins at Skegness in 1937 that the term entered general usage.

Nice terror film upon a creepy confrontation in trenches during WWI

The movie deals about an English soldiers group in First Great War(1914 to 1918).

Perhaps happens in Verdun battle or Marne battle , the film is set in the trenches of one these battles. In the squadron will appear an evil which will murder one by one the members of the team.

It's a good movie. Since the beginning until the end the frightening and scary action is unstoppable.

The flick has an eerie atmosphere, it's of gaudy color, enhanced by the mud of trenches and with lights and shades that originates ghostly setting.

Set design is excellent , the movie is enough atmospheric,the dark sludge,the dirtiness and shady and filthiness trenches are very well designed .

Runtime is adjusted but is a little bit boring because happen limited adventures . However is a lot interesting and entertaining.

In the film there are suspense ,horror, drama , shootouts, frenetic action,terror and a bit of gore.

Everybody actors are well but specially Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis(Gollun in The Lord of the rings),Hugo Speer and Mathew Rhys .

The movie will appeal to the suspense,terror and emotions lovers.
