The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .

Sex & Nudity

We see a man's buttocks as he falls off a toilet (he's dead). Men have graphic discussions about sex and their sexual abilities. Four boys see a photograph of a young woman seated with her legs apart, wearing panties, garters and stockings (we see her bare thighs and panties).

Violence & Gore

A man traps an eel-like creature (it has many rows of sharp teeth) in a toilet, it gets out, it bites his fingers off (we see the bloody stubs), it bites his neck, it bites his back and it knocks him to the floor and lunges at his face (we hear a loud crunch and some gnashing) and the man lies motionless. A man walks into a busy street and is hit by a car: we see his body bend, he lies twisted and covered with blood and he's twitching (he is pronounced dead in an ambulance but he is resuscitated off-screen because we see him alive 6 months later). Two men find blood on the floor of a cabin, and they trace the path to a bathroom where a man is sitting on the toilet; his face is completely red (looks like thick blood), the bathroom is covered in blood, the man tips off the toilet and we see his buttocks covered with blood. An eel-like creature attacks a man by attaching itself to his crotch, the man falls onto a camp fire, the creature lets go, it lunges again and bites his ear; the man uses a flaming log to burn the creature off (we see the man with charred skin on his face). A man morphs into an alien being, bares teeth and chomps down on a man from his head to his hips (we see a flood of blood). A man in a truck holds another man at gunpoint, the other man morphs into an alien being, and we hear a crunch. A man is stabbed through the chest by a large, gelatinous alien with a jagged claw, he then turns into an alien being, they continue to struggle and fight, they are wrapped in a netted shroud and they explode. A man shoots another man's hand (blood sprays on the wall behind him and there's a puddle of blood on the floor), he yells and moans in pain. An eel-like creature slithers out of a dog (we see it move over its hips and across its body and the dog lies motionless). A man in a helicopter shoots at a man on the ground that shoots back at him; the helicopter crashes and explodes and we see the man on the ground, dead and lying in bloodstained snow. A man's throat bulges out and we see the man writhe and hear him moaning. We see the back of a woman's pants with a blood-covered hole and a trail of blood through snow surrounding her. A large, gelatinous alien being looms over a man, and it explodes into red particles, which the man inhales and he groans. We see the bloody remains of a man lying in the snow. A cloud of red particles comes out of a man and forms into a large, gelatinous alien with a huge mouth full of teeth. A man cocks a pistol, points it to his head, is startled by a phone ringing, and shoots a wall. A boy is harassed and tormented by three bullies (they have stripped him to his underpants, beaten him and left him with a bloody face, and try to force him to eat dog feces). Helicopters fly over a crash site, fire on a spaceship and aliens running for cover (many are hit and splatter with a spray of red particles). The spaceship explodes into a large red plume and takes 2-3 helicopters into the cloud. A man has a bloody cheek, is tinged blue and has a swollen abdomen after having been lost in a frigid forest overnight. A woman's face is caked with ice crystals, she is tinged blue and appears incoherent after having been found on a snow-covered road. Two men drive along a snow-covered road, they jump over a ridge, swerve to miss a person sitting in the middle of the road, flip over and crash (one man has a bloody mouth, and the other has an injured leg). A man is chased by a large, gelatinous alien being (this happens in the man's mind, which he's "sharing" with the alien). A man discovers an eel-like creature laying eggs, he shoots the eel (it splatters in pieces onto the floor), sprays the eggs with fire starter, just hatched creatures slither toward him, he squishes them under his shoe (we see goo), lights a match and sets the place ablaze. A man shoots another eel-like creature and it splatters against a wall (we see its slimy remains). A dog licks what looks like corpses of animals that are covered with mossy red particles and he picks a piece up in his mouth. A cabin is covered with a blanket of red goo that looks like throbbing moss and we see it growing and spreading. Four boys find a girl, who had been missing, stuck in a drainpipe and rescue her. A man has a flash of another man being attacked by something. A dog's stomach gurgles and moves and the dog whimpers and cries. A car drives through a shed and nearly hits a man inside. A man has a conversation with an alien being that's residing within him. We see many sick people being gathered in barracks, men in biohazard suits walk through and the people beg for medical attention or to be released. Also we hear the voices of women and children asking for help and not to be hurt. A man aims a rifle at a deer and a man steps between them. A man is held at gunpoint by many soldiers. We hear that a man eats so much that he dies. A woman (whom we think is dead) punches a man and he falls back on the ground. People have red marks on their faces and animals have red marks on their fur (they are raised and blotchy patches). A man yells at another man, breaks a sofa and storms out of an office. There are images of what appear to be bones, jaws (animal) and teeth in the beginning credits reel. A man and a woman flatulate and burp repeatedly and the people around them react to the odor, and a man writes a name in the snow while urinating. Four boys seem upset, and a few are in tears and one appears to faint.

27 F-words and its derivatives, 1 obscene hand gesture, 9 sexual references, 33 scatological terms, 16 anatomical terms, 19 mild obscenities, 6 religious profanities, 15 religious exclamations.
