Like Blair Witch project, this is a movie which likes to think it is something it is not i.e. a 'really scary movie'. In fact, with the exception of one scene that made me jump,it is mostly tame and downright boring. Five tiresome kids try to survive six months in a big isolated house in order to win a $1 million bet. Such is their abuse of the English language and their inability to generate any sort of sympathy whatsoever, the audience simply wants to see them done away with as quickly as possible. Not as awful as 'Blair Witch' but almost as insulting to our intelligence.
