Mother Goose is in court, and she tells her stories in their "original" form. There are several animated stories in this including Jack and the Beanstalk, Cinderella, and Little Red Riding Hood. Each story is separated by a short non-pornographic live action segment with Mother Goose in the court room. These live action segments try hard to be funny, but mostly fail. However, there are some funny parts in the cartoons.
The animation is decent in this. It's about what you would expect from this time period, Hanna-Barbara type animation. I'd actually seen some of these cartoons before, Jack and the Beanstalk I saw once on a series called Dirty Little Adult Cartoons. These cartoons are actually only semi-pornographic by today's standards, as there are no penetration scenes, no visible penises.
Some of these cartoons are quite memorable. Jack and the Beanstalk is interesting, as we get to see food and animals humping, along with a kind of interesting musical soundtrack. The voices are decent in these cartoons as well, none of that horrible crap dubbing that was done on the Dirty Little Adult Cartoons series.
