• Errors in geography: In season 6's premiere, by the end it wrongfully states that the Iguazu Falls are in the Patagonia region in Argentina, while Patagonia is actually a southern region of the country.
  
  
• Errors in geography: Although the story is supposed to be set in Kansas, a state almost devoid of hills, many times the mountains of British Columbia appear in the background of scenes.
  
  
• Factual errors: In several episodes, an establishment shot is shown in scenes in the Kent's barn at night. A crescent moon is shown with its limbs pointing down toward the horizon. This can happen, but not at night.
