Continuity: When Davey goes inside Whiteys home and opens a beer Eleanore take it away and sets in on a table but later on during the song it disappears and is never shown again.

Eight Funny Minutes

Let me say two things up front: 1)There are more then eight funny minutes in the movie 2)This is one of the worst animated films ever made

This is "feel good" holiday movie is bound to give a viewer whiplash as each funny moment is followed by one of the worst on screen moments in history followed instantly by another funny moment and then another visit to the sewer, and so on for the entire running time.

This movie doesn't need an editor, it needs a shrink. Who put it together Sybil?

The back and forth nature kills what ever momentum and good feelings that may have been instilled in the viewer. Additionally Sandler's lead character is so incredibly unlikable that you're left wondering why he's the hero of this piece when Jeffrey Dahmer is so much more cuddly.

That said, you will laugh and there's a good chance you may get a good way through this before its up and down nature forces you to turn it off. But the laughs it brings are not worth enduring the really crappy moments that follow each one.

Two out of ten (although the laughs should make it higher, the bad stuff just sinks it)
