Factual errors: When the question of who is going to preside over the trial of the Baltimore-based judge comes up, it is stated that no other judge in the county is willing to handle it. Baltimore is not part of any county; it is an independent city. Although there is a Baltimore County in the suburbs, it is a distinct jurisdiction, and other factors in the film make it evident that the story takes place in the city. more

When I saw this movie on NBC a few months ago I though with its great cast including Chris Noth, Edward James Olmos, and Lolita Davidovich it would be a decent made - for - tv movie. It wasn't. Noth was phoning it in, Olmos was far to sullen and Davidovich was under used. The story had a disjointed feel and it started to drag in the first hour of the 4hour story. Not worth the effort of watching.
