Plot:

Holly Aird (Dr. Wharton) was expecting her second child during season 4 which is why in season 4 her character is nearly always seen standing behind something (or someone in walking shoots) or wearing large coats and lab coats.

Goofs:

Continuity: In series 5, episode 1, the date on the CCTV camera shows "12 Sept 2005", but the CCTV shots from episode 2 show "15 Jan 2005", even though the plot leads us to believe the two episodes are chronological.
