• Continuity: Throughout the movie, it is established that everyone who goes through the doctor's "experimental procedure" has the scars to show for it. Rianna has no such scars.
  
  
• Continuity: In the animal shelter sometimes the bird is on Rianna's finger then it is on her shoulder then it is on it's perch then back on her finger.
  
  
• Continuity: The roof of Marvin's car was flattened by the boulder. After the surgery, the roof was only half flattened.
  
  

• Continuity: Sergeant Sisk's cigar disappears from his hand when he is in the bar imitating Schneider.
  
  
• Continuity: When the car stops rolling the first time, there is a tree behind it. Later, when the car has rolled over the edge, the tree is gone.
  
  
• Continuity: When Marvin is fighting with the chimp in the animal shelter while visiting with Rianna he twists the chimps nipple. In subsequent shots, his hand is alternately on/off the chimp.
  
  
• Continuity: When Marvin talks to Rianna about the date, he says he will pick her up at eight. But later on he is waiting at the bar for her when she arrives.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the car starts to role off the cliff you can see the mechanism that starts the car rolling. In later shots of the same crash the mechanism is gone, indicating that it's a different car.
  
  
• Continuity: When Marvin drops the fish in his mouth while he was in the animal shelter his right arm is bent and next to his shoulder, in the next shot it's straight and at his side
  
  
• Continuity: When Sgt. Sisk starts the hunt for Marvin, he is wearing his uniform, a hat, and a bullet-proof vest. Later he is wearing camouflage pants, a black shirt w/black cap and camouflage paint on his face. He never had time to change.
  
  
• Continuity: Throughout the car accident, the various mismatched-color panels on the car change, indicating a different car. For example, on the driver's side, the front fender is blue and the back is yellow, but in one shot, the back fender is blue.
