Trivia:

Two scenes featuring Victoria Silvstedt were cut. One was an extended version topless hot tub scene, which was cut to lower the MPAA rating. The other scene was a three minute end scene between Silvstedt and Luke in his cabin.

Goofs:

Revealing mistakes: When Anthony falls during the king of the mountain race, he swears quite audibly. However, when he turns over, he spits out a lump of snow which would have prevented him speaking so clearly.

This movie is awesome!

Out Cold (2001) made me laugh so hard that I almost cried! This movie is awesome! And yes, the story has been done before, but it seems pretty fresh here. The plot consists of this:

Rick (Jason London) is trying to get over his feelings for Anna (Caroline Dhavernas), who inexplicably left him at Cancun without so much as a goodbye. Now, Rick spends most of his time snowboarding and playing pranks with his buddies Luke (Zach Galifianakis), Anthony (Flex Alexander), Pig Pen (Derek Hamilton), Lance (David Denman), and the extremely hot Jenny (A.J. Cook). Everything is going cool, with Rick and Jenny on the horizon of a more-than-friends relationship. That is, until John Majors (Lee Majors) comes to their respected community and wants to sell the town to become the world's best ski resort/vacation spot. Coming with John is his sexy step-daughter Inga (Victoria Silvstedt), who has every guy fighting for sex with her, and his other daughter Anna!! Rick's old feeling begin to resurface, leaving Jenny out in the cold. Can Rick get over Anna and move on with Jenny? Or will he sell out all his friends to have a second chance with Anna? Watch and find out.

I'm surprised at how funny this movie truly is! Everybody is hilarious in this film, especially Zach Galifianakis. Also noteworthy is David Koechner, who's character Stumpy appears frequently throughout and others interludes/comedic moments. People, don't be fooled by the negative comments about this movie!!! The people who didn't like it were probably expecting a masterpiece, so that's why their all bitter. While no masterpiece, Out Cold is indeed laugh-out-loud hilarious. I give Out Cold an 8 out of 10.

P.S.- If you don't watch it for the comedy, watch it for the women! Victoria Silvstedt and A.J. Cook make the movie all the better!!
