The story is always the primary concern, but what happens when bad costumes (too clean/new looking) bad acting (to serious/ too obvious) and bad special effects (too lame) take away from the story? You get buttclay like this. It seems low budget, cheap and atrocious are used in conjunction a lot more often. We end up with great stories told by monkeys with no budget while the big budget crap (Collateral Damage) with all the stars fails the story line.
Unless you are an avid fan of bad acting and poor camera work, don't watch this on a dare.
