Q: Why is it called "Big Brother"?

A: It is titled Big Brother because it is based off of the book 1984, in which the evil utopia create a watch dog system, known as Big Brother.

Q: Are any of the USA seasons available to purchase on DVD?

A: The Only complete season to buy on DVD is season three. Season four: X-Factor is also availble, however it's just highlights of the season. CBS has also announced that they are not planning to have any more seasons to come out on DVD. You can still find full episodes on youtube and on CBS.com and you can purchace seasons 7, 9, 10 & 11 on itunes.

Q: What happend to Hous Calls?

A: After Big Brother 10, CBS decided to end House Calls. The Insiders Ross Mathews interviews the houseguests after they are evicted now.

Q: What is America's Player?

A: America's Player is when one housguest does whatever America asks he or she to do. Like who to put up or some crazy task like lathering someones pillow case in musterd. You can vote by text messaging or on CBS.com; This appears as the twist in the entire season 8, and also as a little twist in season 10, which was only supposed to last for a week.

Q: Why is their a season 9 winter edition?

A: The writers strike caused CBS' shows to go on hiatus. So CBS put on Big Brother nine which ran for a whole season.

Q: Why is Jessie Godderz in Season 10 & 11?

A: Jesse was picked as one of the random houseguests in season 10 and then in Season 11 Jesse got a speacial chance to come back into the house when the twist involved 4 different high school cliques [Popular, Brain, Athletic, & Off-beat] competed in the first HOH competion to win the power of the house for the first week and to get there clique another person in there to join there group. The person added to there group was someone from Big Brother's past and the Athletes won and Jesse got his second chance in the house. The clique twist ended after the 3rd houseguest was evicted.
