Continuity: When Chosen sees all his friends wounded in the field, he has a tattoo saying "mouth" with an arrow on his left cheek (there was a deleted torture scene where an old man gives him a tattoo). The tattoo can't be seen after this scene.
Continuity: When Master Pain first appears in town to demonstrate his skill he is wearing his robe while following the mayor. In the next shot he doesn't have the robe on (a shot where he rips it off was filmed but omitted).
Continuity: During the final fight when the song Black Betty is first played and the Chosen One starts dancing, there is a shot of Master Pain being played by Leo Lee, the actor who plays Young Master Pain instead of Fei Lung, who was Master Pain in this film and was in the film Kung Pow was edited from.
Continuity: When the infant Chosen One is rolling down a hill, his baby bootee falls off. In the next shot, he has both of them on again. Shortly thereafter, he loses the same bootee a second time, and then both of them reappear on his feet.
Continuity: When Wimp Lo challenges the Chosen One to leap a wall, Chosen One clearly leaps over the wall feet-first, but is shown in the next shot flipping half-way over the wall.
Revealing mistakes: When Wimp Lo first challenges the Chosen One, the background can be seen through his digital form.
Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Chosen One is running backwards, he runs over Wimp Lo, but Wimp Lo is in Master Tang's clothes in the shot where he runs over him.
Continuity: When Chosen hallucinates about Whoa and Mu-Shu-Fasa, we see that Whoa inexplicably has two normally-placed small breasts rather than one giant one.
