Parents Guide for
Blow (2001) More at IMDbPro »

The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.
Visit our Parents Guide Help to learn more

Sex & Nudity

There's a lot of women showing much cleavage at the beginning of the film plus there's quick flashes of George Jung and his wife having kinky sex. There is a quickly flashed still frame of George Jung with a topless woman on each arm. Scene of topless women walking by in the background.

Violence & Gore

A few shootings (only one lethal, we see blood splattering on the wall from far away), and a man is beaten from far away (nothing too graphic)

Profanity

There's constant strong language in this movie and slang for genitials (both male and female)

A lot of smoking pot plus there's a lot of "ordinary" smoking. There is also extensive cocaine use. People drink alcohol throughout the film, mostly at parties.

Some emotional scenes that may seem very intense.
