Revealing mistakes: In the scene where the terrorists steal the anthrax, every external scene has been lifted directly from Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), including the name of the complex (Cyberdyne). Bad acting, lousy special effects among other things, transform what was suppose to be an action movie into one of the best comedies I´ve ever seen.
I specially like the parts where they took scenes from Terminator 2, Rambo: First Blood Part II and Delta Force 2 to make them part of this film.
For a good laugh, I strongly recommend to watch this one.
