The Great Gatsby, which premiered Jan. 14 on A & E, was one of the better 'Great Gatsby' versions I have seen to date. Infinitely better than the 1974 movie, this Gatsby re-make has excellent acting, realistic costumes, and a down-to-earth, heartbreaking tone which propels the movie beyond the bounds of mediocre and into something sorrowful and wonderful to watch.
