Trivia:

The story was originally set in Southwestern Pennsylvania, the home state of writer Tony Urban. The setting was changed to Southern Illinois when producers decided to film there. Almost all references to Pennsylvania were changed - except one. Lenny's comment about the neighbors vacationing in Delaware is one of the few references that remains unchanged.

Goofs:

Continuity: Before they go rob the fast food place, they run into a semi which breaks their taillight. After they rob the fast food place, they leave and you can clearly see that the taillight is still intact. Later in the movie the taillight is broken.

I watched this with an expectation of being disappointed so I wouldn't be. What I found however for whatever reason was that I was thoroughly entertained. How clever it was to take a trailer family out of the park physically but keeping them there in every other sense. I laughed out loud and thought the only performance that was not terrific was DeVane's. All the others really pulled it off. I especially liked the idea of an attorney being located in a Mall. Of course, everything else can be found there. Great job Mr. Addis. When can we see your next?
