Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Nude bodies are clearly visible from a frontal point of view for quite a period of time at several points throughout the film. Other references to sexual acts (both hetero- and homo-sexual) are suggested by characters.

Violence & Gore

Several characters have their chests cut open. A man has his head sawed off his body. A building catches fire killing nearly all in it, and the resulting charred corpses are shown. Main characters are systematically mauled and have their body parts labeled. The protagonist is shot several times in the chest (although it is later revealed he was wearing a bullet-proof vest.) Although it is not shown, it is implied that two men try to cut off a women's breast with scissors.

Nearly all the characters by the end of the film have had their bodies corroded to dust.

Profanity

Various four-letter expletives are found in nearly every single scene throughout the film.

The protagonist constantly smokes a cigar throughout the entire movie. Other characters drink champagne, and a collection of alcoholic drinks is shown in a parlor.

A woman is nearly drowned in a vat of blood.A black "mass" can be seen many times throughout the film, which sucks in the bodies of those around it and corrodes the bodies. For nearly three minutes a man in the film is driven to the point of insanity, and suffers a terrifying hallucination. The protagonist tries to murder his wife.

Various suspenseful scenes can be found throughout the film depicting characters wandering throughout the basement of the asylum, meeting their demise.
