A fast-paced crime film about a Police detective going undercover. His job is to get the goods on a group of warehouse raiders. The cop, Patrick Holt, pulls a robbery and is captured and sent up the river. He then makes friends with one of the gang, Michael Balfour. The two pull an escape and hide out with Balfour's crew. Holt is invited into the gang and they pull several more hold-ups. Holt leaves a message for his police contact giving him the site of a new big job. The Police hope to grab up the whole mob in one swoop. Problem is that one of the gang sees him pass the note. They bump off the contact and plan the same for Holt. There is a well done roof top chase and a neat twist at the very end. Entertaining police thriller that zips along for it's 71 min run time. Good time-waster.
