Scheming Gambler's Paradise (1905)

Georges Melies film about a gambling house that can transform into a clothing store whenever the police come in. The joke works well the first time but after that the comedy really doesn't come.
Even with that said, all of Meiles' films are worth watching at least once as they still contain magic that CGI can't recreate. There is a set out there now from Image that contains this film as well as others.
A box set of over 170 films will be released in early 2008 and this here should be a dream come true for fans.
