The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There is only some crude humour and funny comments made by some of the main characters. Nothing bad

at the end of the movie there's a bare buttock of a male

Violence & Gore

Profanity

There is some moderate profanity throughout the film. Although the MPAA say that there is some strong language, there is nothing that bad really. These words are used occasionally: sh*t, d***head and pr*ck. There is one mutha but the f word is not said

2 uses of the f-word in a stressful situation.

Depiction of children with cancer may be distressing.

A main character is murdered. While not shown, it may be disturbing to younger viewers.

The film also deals with some pretty strong themes and I'm actually suprised the MPAA didn't put this on the rating. It is full of themes such as Mental Illness (some people are shown as being insane), suicide(twice, one time just talked about and the other time, Patch is going to jump off a cliff) and death.
