Millgan's highest production values ever are wasted on his dullest film, a tawdry love story involving a murderous loser and a moronic young lady. Embarrassing, and lacking in Andy's usual quirkiness. It's sad, this seems like it was such an earnest effort, but the result is unfortunately quite worthless. 1.5/10, there are a few marginally amusing gore moments.
