Miscellaneous: A tidal wave originally planned was removed from the film, but not entirely: - The wave can be seen briefly in a few frames as the police van arrives near the film's end. It hits the van, which begins to fall over. In the next shot, the van merely swerves into the building. - Richard Santoro mentions a recurring dream about being back in the tunnel underwater; but since the tidal wave sequence was taken out, he was never underwater in the first place.
Incorrectly regarded as goofs: The ring shown at the end of the credits puzzles many audiences. It belonged to a woman that Dunne killed and put into a cement mixer, so claims that it introduces some continuity error related to Santoro are wrong.
Audio/visual unsynchronized: After Richard is beat up by Tyler, Commander Dunne starts telling Richard about what it will be like if he doesn't go along with his plans. He says, "your life will fall the hell apart," when his lips clearly say "your life will fall the fuck apart."
Continuity: When Ricky and Kevin are going to get Julia, Ricky's wounds change many times.
Plot holes: Closing dialogue refers to alternate ending.
Continuity: After receiving the bloodstained $100 bill, Rick puts it in his inner pocket. When he takes it out again, he gets it from the left hip pocket of his jacket
