• Continuity: The microphone stand when Wilfred Keeley is in the witness chair.
  
  
• Continuity: Wine bottle and amount of wine in glass during the scene where Bruiser, Rudy, and Deck are eating.
  
  
• Continuity: Position of Kelley's hair in the movie theater.
  
  

• Continuity: Rudy's wine glass keeps repeatedly jumps between almost full and almost empty between shots when he is in the restaurant with Deck.
  
  
• Continuity: When Cliff is attacking Rudy and Kelly, the positions of Rudy's arms change between shots.
  
  
• Continuity: There are multiple other continuity discrepancies during the fight.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: After Cliff pushes Rudy away and starts to walk towards Kelly, we hear him speaking but his mouth doesn't move.
  
  
• Continuity: When Everett Lufkin is on the witness stand, the letter he's handed by Rudy Baylor repeatedly disappears and reappears between shots.
  
  
• Continuity: In the court room, Rudy Baylor hands Wilfred Keeley a computer report about 3 or 4 inches thick. When Keeley hands it back to Rudy it's only about a inch think. The reports on the table behind Rudy continue to change size and position from the ones that Mr. Keeley is looking at.
  
  
• Continuity: While Kelly is in custody, she and Rudy hold hands under the table. When the female officers come in, their hands are apart and on the table without having moved.
  
  
• Continuity: When the boy's mom takes the stand, the bailiff closes the bar across the witness stand; when the judge tells her to step down, the bar is already open.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Deck Shifflet is staging the juror's call to Rudy Baylor's office, a crew member walks onto the set and backs off when he realizes the situation.
  
  
• Continuity: When Deck and Rudy are having dinner at the restaurant, the veggies on Deck's plate change from mostly broccoli to cauliflower and broccoli, then back to broccoli.
