According to The Hollywood Reporter, Director Julien Temple is going to make Fake!. The film is going to tackle the story of art faker Elmyr de Hory. The book is written by notorious hoax biographer Clifford Irving.
The Fake! script was written by Michael Kalesniko (Private Parts). The film will shoot in Spain, France and Croatia.
Fake! follows an emotional triangle between the three main characters, the two fakers and Orson Welles.
"There's an element of To Catch a Thief about what they do. As becomes clear in his conversations with Welles, one of the most amazing illusions Elmyr maintained during all the years of his career as an art forger was that he was not a criminal and what he was doing was not a crime. He knew of course it was against the law but so was jaywalking or smoking a joint. What he did, unlike governments and politicians, »

“Couples Retreat“ is sponsoring Break Media this week, so I’m going to go ahead and describe the film as a hilarious look at real world problems faced by married couples.
But when it comes to looking at the real world problems of married couples, not all films are so friggin’ hilarious. In fact, some movies might just ruin your crappy marriage!…
On the surface Howard Stern’s Private Parts might not seem so bad. After all, the film is basically a love note from Stern to his wife. It was his way of letting her know that despite all the breasts he sees on a daily basis, love conquers all…

"Jennifer's Body" star Megan Fox's wishes to maintain a certain degree of privacy in her life, and I applaud her for it. There are certain tradeoffs in every job. Celebrities, for all of their wealth, must grow accustomed to living beneath the lens of the public eye. Fox, an attractive, young woman whose star is continually on the rise, is obviously going to get it worse than many of her contemporaries. So I have to respect her adamant refusal in the video below, an interview with MTV's Josh Horowitz, to bare anything beyond her soul for movie-going audiences.

Sorry, fellas. The sultry Megan Fox says she'll "never" be featured in a sex tape.
"That's the last thing I want to see — what I look like having sex. It would take one shot of me not looking good and I would not be able to have sex ever again, because I would always just see myself looking like a hippo having sex ...

Apparently we're celebrating trailer day today. Unfortunately Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel isn't quite as good as Couples Retreat or The Informant. In fact its quite a bit worse, in that it made me want to jump out the window. I'm only one story up so I'd likely only hurt myself. So not kill yourself bad, but at least broken ankle bad. The story, if you can call it that, is based around the chipmunks going to school and meeting the chipettes. I'm sure there's more but children ain't going to this for plot-based reasons, so I'll sum it up for kids - It's Talking Chipmunks! Again! Sold. Box office gold. In 'paycheck mode' are humans Jason Lee and David Cross, chipmunk voicing humans Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney and chipettes Anna Faris, Christina Applegate and Amy Poehler. Great cast sure, and in nearly anything else I'd be on board. I »

If anyone would have a perspective on marriage it would be Robin Wright Penn, whose union with husband Sean Penn has been one long roller-coaster ride. "All marriages have their phases," Wright Penn, 43, tells the British magazine :Psychologies" for its July issue. "It's life. We go through it, if we're married long enough. If you're lucky you grow and you work it out." The actress had stated her observations after her divorce from Sean Penn was called off last year. Rihanna's day in court has arrived. Subpoenaed by prosecutors, the singer, 21, entered a Los Angeles courthouse for a hearing Monday in which she's been called to testify against Chris Brown, 20. Emotions will likely run high as Rihanna relives the events of Feb. 8 when she was allegedly bruised and bloodied by Brown, who also entered the courthouse and will be seated just feet away from the witness stand. Cameras won't be allowed in the courtroom. "Prosecutors wouldn't bring her in to testify if they didn't think she was going to be a solid witness," says L.A. criminal defense attorney Steve Sitkoff, »

The black-and-white video focuses on the Russian beauty, who is a classically trained pianist, as she belts out the slow, heartfelt tune. "It is the first and one of the simplest songs on the album, but also one of the most intimate," says Grigorieva, whose forthcoming album is called Beautiful Heartache. Though Farrah Fawcett is "fighting for her life," Ryan O'Neal tells Barbara Walters, "I've asked her to marry me, again, and she's agreed," ABC News reports. "We will, as soon as she can, say yes," O'Neal, 68, says about his companion since 1980. "Maybe we can just nod her head," he said, with a laugh. "I used to ask her to marry me all the time," O'Neal said for the interview to air Friday on 20/20. "But ... it just got to be a joke, you know. We just joked about it." Whatever you do, don't call Ed Westwick pretty. Asked about Chace Crawford's comment in this week's People about his "Velcro patch of chest-hair," Westwick, 21, didn't bat an eye, though he did deliver a snarky retort of his own for his friend and fellow Gossip Girl costar: "I'm just not a pretty little boy, now am I?" No doubt the hordes of young women gathered at Bloomingdale's K-Swiss Classic Remastered dance party Thursday in Manhattan would disagree. Wherever Westwick, 21, goes, fans automatically congregate. There is a dark cloud looming over this weekend, and it's called The Swine Flu! Vice President Biden caused quite a panic yesterday when he told the nation he was keeping his family and friends away from enclosed spaces such as subways, airplanes, buses, malls, and the local Wal*Mart. If you don't want to catch this dreaded pig virus, you must wash your hands while counting from A to Z. You must stay away from strangers. And you must avoid the local Cineplex at all costs (because that is the number one breeding ground for icky porcine germs).
This means a lot of you would-be ticket buyers are going to be stuck at home, guzzling antibiotics and trying to duct tape your windows shut this weekend. When the dust has settled, and you finally have the living room walled off in bubble wrap, that most dread villian is bound to strike. »

Television Rating: 3.5/5.0 Chicago – USA Network’s “In Plain Sight” was one of the best new shows of 2008, another hit for the highest-rated network on cable, USA. The first-year series still needs to iron out a few things to truly live up its potential but the excellent Mary McCormack continues to rock on one of the few must-see basic cable shows this season.
The season premiere of “In Plain Sight” - “Gilted Lily” - perfectly illustrates both the potential and the current flaws with USA’s hit. When a show places so much emphasis on weekly mysteries, you’re bound to have a few that fall flat. I honestly never once cared about the mystery at the heart of the second season premiere of “In Plain Sight” - a tale of a biker and some missing gold coins.

DVD Rating: 3.5/5.0 Chicago – “In Plain Sight” may not get the buzz or press of other cable hits like “Burn Notice” or “The Closer” and the show still needs some ironing out to truly live up to its potential but I watched every episode of this USA Network action drama when it aired and anxiously look forward to the new season (which we’ll review here on or just before its April 19th premiere) for one reason, Mary McCormack.
The opening narration of “In Plain Sight” sets the stage better than I possibly could - “Since 1970, the Federal Witness Protection Program has relocated thousands of witnesses - some criminal, some not - to neighborhoods all across the country. Every one of those individuals shares a unique attribute, distinguishing them from the rest of the general population. And that is, somebody wants them dead.”

Britney Spears' has been targeted by online pranksters who have crudely mocked her private parts. The "Womanizer" singer was left red-faced when the upsetting message was posted on her account on networking site Twitter.
Hackers wrote: "Hi Y'all! Brit Brit here, just wanted to update you all on the size of my vagina. It's about four feet wide with razor sharp teeth."
Site officials were quick to take down the offensive message, and insist they are working to make Twitter more secure.
A notice on the site read: "A number of high-profile Twitter accounts were compromised this morning, and fake/spam updates were sent on their behalf. We have identified the cause and blocked it. We are working to restore compromised accounts."
