The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .
Visit our Parents Guide Help to learn more

Sex & Nudity

Poison Ivy uses her feminine wile and love dust to get men to do whatever she wants. Also she says some mild innuendos.

Violence & Gore

Multiple men are forzen by a large freeze gun. Men are poisoned to death when they are kissed. Fists fights and kicking are in almost every scene. A man blows himself up and falls to the ground a good distance away. There is some gun fire. A room full of men are nearly suffocated. Batman and Robin are involved in many martial art style fights.

Profanity

some damns and hells nothing major

none

Actually, there are smoking incidents in this film. The most important one is that of Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) smoking a cigar... an odd choice given that inhaling hot smoke goes against his goal of keeping his body temperature below freezing in order to stay alive. Using a standardized scoring system, this film received a smoking rating of 4 Butts (on a scale of 0-4 Butts). For more information on the impact of onscreen smoking and the initiation of youth tobacco use, or for more information on the rating system, visit www.smokescreeners.org.
