After Season 1, just leave it alone., 14 January 2000
Author: Devyalento Latchford Deschanel from London, England

Veronica's Closet is one of the more tragic stories in sitcom history. Kirstie Alley certainly deserves a show of her own, but one where it can actually be funny. Don't get me wrong, I liked the show initially, but it just went from bad to worse.

Season 1 was great, with some really good episodes. But the minute I saw the premiere episode for Season 2 I knew it was all over. It just became so awful and excruciatingly hard to watch without shaking the TV and screaming "Be funny!" . It's a shame, because Kirstie Alley and the rest of the cast (Dan Cortese and Kathy Najimy especially) deserved better than that.
