BLOODY AWFUL

I remember reading in a book about movies once and they had categories for biggest mistakes in movies. One category was WORST CASTING. They chose Soto in VAMPIRELLA stating that VAMPIRELLA is supposed to be chesty and Soto is quite flat. When I found out VAMPIRELLA was to be on cable I decided to watch/and tape it. A friend happened to come over and seeing that we BOTH love horror we thought this would be good fun. Well first up: Soto IS thin and not a BAD figure at all, but surely not voloptuos or busty. One thing that has bothered me for years(keep in mind, Im a woman) is when they have these kick ass super hero women and they are teeny waifs that probably couldnt beat up a 10 year old boy. I like the Lynda cARTER wONDER wOMAN type. The Lucy Lawless Xena type. Girls with some heft to em, that look like they could beat a man up. The next thing we noticed in VAMPIRELLA was the terribly almost funny bad costume she had on. This is quite possibly the WORST comic book hero costume in the history of time. BAD! bad for even the bartender at a strip club! Then we caught wind of the villain only to find out its WHO singer Roger Daltrey. His acting is atrocious. The story, writing,plot...IT ALL STUNK! And not in a campy enjoyable so-bad-its-good way. It just rots through and through. We didnt stick around for the ending. How do bombs like this get made???
