• Continuity: When the Reverend finds Lilith disguised as Catherine in the basement, after she reveals herself, she moves the torture device up. It shows a shot from the back and you can see Catherine's clothing, even though Lilith turned back to her original form.
  
  
• Continuity: Catherine's hair changes throughout the movie, appearing to be a cheap wig in some scenes. When speaking to the Reverend, her hair looks fake and is all one color. When battling Lilith at the end, you can see dark roots in her hair.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Rafe enters the Gaines crypt in the cemetery, a stick is visible pushing the "flying cat" off of its shelf.
  
  

• Continuity: The blood on the key disappears in some shots and reappears later.
