Trivia:

This was not the first attempt to do a sequel to the musical "Annie". An attempt was made on stage in 1990 with "Annie II: Miss Hannigan's Revenge", which was a critical and commercial disaster. It was substantially reworked into the 1993 show "Annie Warbucks", which, while not as big a failure, was not a substantial hit either.

Not Bad

As a TV movie, Annie 2 is funny and the actors did great jobs. Ashley Johnson look very cute. Sorry to see Joan Collins gets much older than her Dynasty days....I thought she knew the way to eternal youth. But she is still elegant and in good shape at the age of 60's.
