Trivia:
Some episodes are named after Led Zeppelin albums. more
Goofs:
Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Bill McNeal frequently misattributes quotes to John Keats. In Season One, Episode 10, "Rat Funeral," Hartman attributes the line "Gather ye rosebuds while ye may..." to Keats; the line is actually from "To the Virgins, to Make Most of time" written by Robert Herrick. In Season Two, Episode 11, "Station Sale," Hartman attributes the line "Yours is not to reason why, yours is but to do and die;" to John Keats, 1776; Hartman's version is actually slightly adapted from Alfred, Lord Tennyson's "Charge of the Light Brigade" published in 1870. more
Quotes:
Dave: [in drag] ... After all, I am the belle of the ball.
Lisa: More like 'party slut'.
Dave: Jealous.

One of the greatest and most underrated shows ever, 25 September 2002
Author: TeamECK from Land of tourists and hurricanes

A true classic, one of the funniest shows in the history of television. It's a shame that Phil Hartman passed away, which basically was the beginning of the end. I can understand why they tried a fifth season, but it wasn't the same. Newsradio was smart, funny and had an amazing cast from top to bottom. A&E airs reruns daily from 8-9 am, and 2-3 pm. Definitely worth a look, you'll not be disappointed.
