11 November 1995A marine shoots someone climbing over the wall in the Peruvian embassy, it was a young boy, which raises tensions in the area. JAG comes in to investigate.
Season 1, Episode 8: Brig Break
2 December 1995JAG investigates the theft of some missiles, and meet up with Harm's first partner Kate. During a prison break, Meg is taken hostage.
Season 1, Episode 9: Scimitar
9 December 1995Harm and Meg go to Iraq to defend a Marine accused of espionage. The trial is stacked against them, they must find a way to free the Marine. They have an informant in the Iraq who can help them named Scimitar, but they don't know who Scimitar really is. They must find out who this mystery person is so they can free the Marine.

6 January 1996The body of a female marine is discovered at boot camp. Harm conducts an investigation, while Meg goes under cover as a new recruit.
Season 1, Episode 11: Sightings
13 January 1996A young girl disappears near an abandoned Naval Base. Harm and Meg are sent to investigate.
3 February 1996A marine is found beaten up on the beach, a doctor suspects it was racially motivated, but JAG discovers it was gang related.
13 March 1996CAG violates a cease fire when he fires on a helicopter in Bosnia. He claims the copter was firing on his men. He faces a court martial for his actions, but some of the witnesses are behind enemy lines.

20 March 1996An F-14 makes an emergency landing in Cuba. JAG is sent there to negotiate its return before the Cubans can sell it or unlock its technology.

27 March 1996An assassin mistakenly faxes information to the JAG office. When he goes to JAG to get the fax, he critically injures Meg, because she could identify him. The race is on the find out what he's after.
3 April 1996A marine was promised state side duty until he retires. But his new C.O. assigns him to Bosnia. He fires at the CO to get his attention. The C.O. says it was attempted murder.

17 April 1996JAG comes to help a colonel who believes his son is the reincarnation of his best friend who died in Viet Nam.
Season 1, Episode 19: Recovery
1 May 1996A pilot is killed while training for a shuttle mission. JAG tries to determine who is responsible so that they can repair a satellite.
8 May 1996Harm is captured by the Chinese, and is interrogated. As JAG tries to locate him, he discovers he's not alone. He hears a familiar voice in the cell next to his.
Season 1, Episode 21: Ares
22 May 1996A naval officer is killed on Okinawa and Rabb, while passing through on leave, is asked to investigate. Teaming up with Lt. Pike they head out to the ship which is conducting war games and a test of new software called Ares. Things go bad when Ares has been sabotaged leaving the destroyer unable to protect itself as the North Korean's move in to seize the ship. Time gets critical in finding both the saboteur and finding a way to shut down Ares.
29 May 1996Harm investigates the death of a female sailor. He finds out that she was an acquaintance.
3 January 1997Harm gets a new partner, Major Sarah MacKenzie. They're to find the person responsible for stealing the Declaration of Independence, and get it back.
Season 2, Episode 2: Secrets
10 January 1997A marine escapes, and goes after Admiral Chegwidden. He takes Mac, Roberts and Chegwidden hostage, and they re-enact the trial. Chegwidden defended him before and wants him to defend him again, to find the real culprit.

7 February 1997Harm and Mac fly to Ireland to help a Navy Lieutenant when her baby is kidnapped, apparently by the child's father, a person fighting British rule in Ireland. But when they find the father, he doesn't have the child, and claims someone kidnapped the child to get to him.

21 February 1997Harm takes Mac for a flight in his plane. They land in the Appalachains when the plane has engine troubles, and encounter some poacher who have just killed a game warden. Bud tries to help a sailor who is supposed be defended by Rabb.
28 February 1997When assassins threaten to kill the princess if the ruler goes through with plans for joining NATO and allowing US vessels to dock in their county, Harm is assigned to protect the princess.

7 March 1997After a few marines are injured while training, JAG investigates the training techniques. Mac checks the personnel involved, while Harm goes undercover as a Gunnery Sergeant.

4 April 1997After Harm is injured in an accident, Mac takes him to a hospital. Terrorists take over several floors of the hospital when an Israeli negotiator is having a heart transplant.
11 April 1997During a war game, Rabb and Bud act as observers on a Russian vessel. They soon discover that the Captain will initiate real attacks.

6 January 1998Annie Pendry asks for Harm's help when her son witnesses a murder. Mac continues her attempts to get back on the Admiral's good side.
13 January 1998While hunting, a friend/mentor of Admiral Chegwidden apparently commits suicide. The Admiral refuses to believe the initial findings, and initiates an investigation to determine the truth.
3 February 1998Harm and Mac try to help a marine who drives his tank over his commands tent during an exercise. He claims he was distracted because his ex-wife has sole custody of their son, and feared for his son's safety due to his ex's unproven drug habit
24 February 1998A yacht is fired on by the Navy, they suspect the owners are carrying drugs. The ship is sunk, the passengers have diplomatic immunity and can't be prosecuted, but they want to sue the navy for sinking the boat. JAG determines that the yacht was sunk by a limpet mine. Bud meets Harriet's parents.
3 March 1998After an incident, a Command Master Chief helps a female enlisted sailor. Then she files sexual harassment charges against the Chief. JAG investigates.
17 March 1998Mac's ex boyfriend tries to reconcile with her, before they can meet, he's killed in an apparent robbery. Where her apartment is trashed, she soon realizes someone is stalking her. The Admiral introduces his daughter to his staff.
24 March 1998While on a Tiger Cruise, a group is rescued from a life raft. They take the Tigers hostage, and plot to launch a missile into Cuba to get Castro.
31 March 1998Rabb finds some old letters, and figures out who killed his girlfriend in Season 1's Skeleton Crew. But Rabb isn't interested in prosecuting the guilty party.
Season 3, Episode 20: Imposter
21 April 1998Just as Harm and Mac are about to prosecute an officer on trial for selling nerve gas, Harm is taken hostage by Clark Palmer. Who plans on taking Harm's place in the court room, to eliminate the officer. Bud proposes to Harriett.
28 April 1998The navy wants to name a ship after a Native American who was awarded a bronze star for his work during WW II. But his tribe doesn't want his name used.
5 May 1998JAG travels to Italy to investigate an incident in which a naval aviator crashed into a civilian helicopter while on a training mission.
12 May 1998Bud and Harriett are getting married. But first Harm has to find his dress uniform, which has been given to the wrong customer by the dry cleaner. A night on the town, in which Harm, the Admiral, and Bud all end up in jail. And Bud's father causes some friction.
19 May 1998Rabb gets a lead on his father. He and Mac go to Russia to follow the lead.
Season 4, Episode 1: Gypsy Eyes
22 September 1998Harm and Mac continue their search for Harm's father in Russia. Harm will finally discover the fate of his father.
Season 4, Episode 2: Embassy
29 September 1998Webb convinces Harm and Mac to go to a dinner at an Embassy. The Embassy is soon under siege by a faction in the government. Harm and Mac try to find a way out and discover the real reason Webb wanted them there, they find a biological weapon in the embassy. The Admiral won't let Webb leave JAG until Harm and Mac are out of the embassy.
Season 4, Episode 3: Innocence
6 October 1998JAG goes to Japan to investigate an incident involving a local woman who was apparently assaulted by a US sailor.
13 October 1998JAG heads to Italy to investigate illegal arms sales. While the Admiral spends time with his daughter, she's kidnapped. They suspect her abduction is connected with the arms sales. Rabb and Chegwidden go after her.
20 October 1998Roscoe Martin takes away a docile patient's medication. Soon after wards, the patient commits suicide. Roscoe calls on Harm for help.
27 October 1998A marine assigned to a protection detail turns around and shoots the suspect, it's caught on film. Mac prosecutes, and Harm defends. Later a private citizen hires a lawyer for the Marine. Mac finds herself facing off against her former law professor.
Season 4, Episode 7: Angels 30
3 November 1998A pair of aviators patrolling a no-fly zone encounter some MIGs. In the ensuing dog fight, one pilot gets a lock on a MIG but fails to fire. The pilot claims to have heard an order not to fire. JAG investigates.
10 November 1998A reporter writes an article criticizing the military for using nerve gas on a mission. Congress organizes a committee to investigate. Harm is assigned to the committee as an advisor. Mic Brumby joins JAG on a TAD from Austrailia. Mac's ex-husband comes for a visit.
17 November 1998Mac and her former C.O. are on trial for the murder of her ex-husband. Harm and Mic defend them in court, and conflict over defense strategies.
24 November 1998Harm's friend Keeter lands his stealth jet in the desert. Harm and Mac try to retrieve it diplomatically. Sims' pregnancy starts to affect her work at JAG.
15 December 1998A snowstorm hits on Christmas Eve Day while Admiral Chegwidden tries to find a flight to Italy. A girl claiming to be Mac's daughter shows up at JAG. Mac tries to help find a place for the girl to live. In the meantime, Harm meets a navy psychiatrist accused of driving under the influence.
12 January 1999After a night on the town with her shipmates, a sailor is assaulted. Her shipmates get revenge for her by attacking the civilian they think is responsible. JAG must prosecute the crew for assaulting the civilian.
13 January 1999While the Admiral takes some time off, he consults on a script. Harm is in charge at JAG. Mac and Bud defend an officer against charges when he and his men fail to take an earlier flight with civilian causalities resulting from his delay.
9 February 1999Webb calls Harm in the middle of a mission. Harm is reluctant to respond to the phone. Then he hears gunfire. Harm tries to find out what happened to Webb and why he was calling for help.
16 February 1999While on a training mission in the mountains, a Navy seal comes under fire from an apparent deer hunter. When he returns fire, he finds the body of a young boy. He is soon put on trial by a militia for the boy's death. JAG investigates
23 February 1999Harm and Mac go on board a sub for an investigation. Their internal conflicts hinder their investigation.
2 March 1999Harm conducts an investigation into the death of a young abused child. He'll soon find her surviving twin sister.
Season 4, Episode 18: Shakedown
30 March 1999
13 April 1999Bud passes the bar, and is promoted to a full time lawyer. Now his father asks him to act as his attorney in a case which pits Bud against Harm.
27 April 1999Mac goes to visit her alcoholic father whose on his deathbed. Harm contemplates having eye surgery which could allow him to return to his naval aviator career.
4 May 1999Harm starts getting calls from his father. And tries to determine if it really is his father or someone is playing games with him. Meanwhile the Admiral prepares to argue a case before the Supreme Court, the staff helps him prepare.
11 May 1999Webb's mentor is kidnapped, and held for ransom in Italy. He goes to Chegwidden for help. The victim was A.J.'s spotter/friend when he was a SEAL. The Admiral and Webb must work together to save their mutual friend. Bud and Harriett search for family vehicle. Harm also searches for a new car.

25 May 1999Rabb finally gets a lead on Annie's killer, now he's after Dar-Lin. Once the case is resolved, he leaves JAG to restart his career as a naval aviator.
21 September 1999Mac and Brumby face off in a case where the defendant is accused of being drunk on duty. Gunnery Sgt Galindez makes his first appearance. Rabb deals with a hotshot pilot.
28 September 1999Harm and Mic defend a naval aviator after he fires on a convoy of allies. Mac and Bud prosecute.
5 October 1999As Harm helps an inexperienced JAG attorney defend a sailor, he realizes he has better career as a lawyer than as an aviator. Before he leaves he proves to the other aviators he has the skills to be a pilot. Meanwhile Gunny is introduced to the staff at JAG HQ
Season 5, Episode 4: The Return
12 October 1999Harm returns to JAG. He's assigned defend a Lieutenant who disobeyed his Captain. The Lieutenant is the son of the Secretary of Navy.
19 October 1999A woman is assaulted by marine, and saved by another marine. The second marine refuses to testify against the first marine, but not to cover up the crime. Harm must find out why he won't take the stand. Mac and Brumby square off in a customs inspection case.
2 November 1999Harm must defend an admiral whose running a developmental psychic program. Mac and Bud prosecute. In court Mac, dismisses psychic phenomena, but when a loved one goes missing, she uses a psychic tip to locate her.
Season 5, Episode 7: Rogue
9 November 1999The Navy contracts a former member to test security at various bases. But the consultant has a flair for his job, and often kidnaps the spouses of the Base Commanders. Harm tries to talk to him into being a little less dramatic. The consultant is given one last task, to simulate a terrorist attack on a US city. But things get a little to real when he steals a sub, and puts Lt Roberts in custody.
16 November 1999Harm and Mac go to Panama to investigate some drugs that were found in a package. The sender is the wife of Colonel whose in charge of the war on drugs, which could mean, the Colonel may also be involved. Meanwhile Bud catches up with an old friend.
23 November 1999Rabb is about to be promoted to full Commander. However a newspaper prints a highly critical editorial criticizing the President. A preliminary investigation shows that Rabb may have written the piece. Rabb must figure who really wrote the article, or he'll be thrown out of the Navy. Mac tries to help a young female when her fiancée is killed in an auto accident. She still wants to have his children, but his ex-wife won't allow it.
Season 5, Episode 10: Mishap
30 November 1999Harm defends his former R.I.O. in court, which pits him against his former squad mates, and the Captain of the Carrier.
14 December 1999On his annual visit to the Viet Nam Memorial, Harm meets a woman who says she knew his father. She was in the USO when she met him on board ship. She tells Harm of her encounter with Harmon Rabb Sr, and the events leading to his final flight over Nam with the Jag cast appearing as different characters.
11 January 2000Harm and Mac go to an Academy to help in an exercise. The cadets are trying an old case, but during the re-enactment they find some new evidence. A TV producer wants to make a recruiting commercial for the Navy, and seeks some candidates at JAG HQ.
18 January 2000Mac is assigned an appeal case for a death row inmate. Chegwidden was the original defense attorney. Rabb works on the recruitment commercial. Brumby returns to Australia.
1 February 2000Rabb investigates a death on board a ship. As he's interviewing the suspect the ship collides with something, trapping him and 2 others in the brig. Shortly the cabin begins filling with water. As they try to figure a way to get out, they also try to solve the crime. Chegwidden meets with an old friend whose about to retire.
8 February 2000A man is charged with a crime in Austrailia. But the man claims he is actually a US sailor. The JAG team heads to Austrailia to investigate, and meets up with Mic Brumby.
15 February 2000Brumby prosecutes, while Rabb defends the former US sailor in Austrailian court.
22 February 2000Gunny and his friend go to restaurant, and get into an altercation with another person. Gunny goes on trial for the assault in military court. After the trial concludes, he's charged in a civilian court.
29 February 2000Harm and Mac fly to Korea to investigate allegations that American soldiers killed civilians on a bridge during the Korean War. The plane they're taking is soon hijacked by some people who believe the allegations are true, and want the plane diverted to North Korea.
Season 5, Episode 19: Promises
28 March 2000A seaman deserts her post. She claims that the recruiter promised her a job, but she didn't get it, and was able to take the classes necessary for the job. Rabb is assigned as her defense attorney, but she hesitates because she had seen his recruiting commercial, and thinks he's another recruiter.
Season 5, Episode 20: Drop Zone
4 April 2000Some sailors on their first jump land in a lake. The Navy blames the mishap on the jump master. Mac prosecutes, Bud and Singer on defense.

2 May 2000The Dolphin, a sub lost before the start of WW II is found. A private salvage team claims the wreckage. The Admiral argues that the Navy still owns it. Bud tries to help an overweight sailor stay in the Navy. Harm works on the budget.
9 May 2000Lt Rivers slaps a congressional candidate claiming the man is a fraud and not a medal recipient. Mac prosecutes, and Harm defends. Rivers wants Harm's help in finding a SEAL washout who is now a hired killer, and has a unique ensure his co-operation. The Admiral is offered a position as a federal judge.
Season 5, Episode 24: Body Talk
16 May 2000While reviewing old cases Harm and Mac file an appeal for a person convicted of killing his wife. Harm's friendship with Coulter is tested because the victim was her mother, and she blames her father for the death.
23 May 2000On a training exercise, a live shot gets too close to some Marines attempting a landing. Mikey Roberts, the Petty Officer who aimed the shot, is under investigation. Bud comes out to investigate, and makes a comment on the Marines. Which prompts the Marines to ask for someone else. Mac comes out, and makes a comment on the Navy. Prompting Rabb to come out. He suggests moving the exercise, which prompts the Admiral, Sec Nav and one more person to come out to resolve the situation
3 October 2000Harm goes to Russia to learn about Russian Military Law. An officer Mac is prosecuting an officer accused of selling weapons. An unexpected turn will send her to Russia.
10 October 2000Harm finds out more about his father's life when he escaped. Mac finally meets up with Harm, and she tells them about the plot to kill the President of Russia. Bud defends the Navy when a contestant on TV show is rescued by a US ship, she claims she would've won the contest if the navy had not interfered.
17 October 2000The frigate USS Stanley Dace under the command of Captain Berroa is patrolling the waters of the Caribbean Sea off Cuba when they spot a refugee struggling to stay afloat in the water. To pick her up the ship must cross into Cuban waters. When they do they are intercepted by a Cuban vessel which demands that they turn the girl over to them. Captain Berroa is a Cuban-American who despises Castro's regime and refuses to turn her over. Harm and Bud are sent to the ship to mediate the dispute and try to avoid an international incident.
24 October 2000After a mishap involving an F14 that's undergoing an upgrade, JAG investigates. They discover some odd business practices at the facility. The company claims pilot error. But JAG is determined to find out if it's part of the business plan.
Season 6, Episode 5: JAG TV
31 October 2000A female sailor goes with her husband when he meets with his mistress. So she can watch them break up, but the wife and mistress end up fighting, and the wife kills the mistress. Mac must prosecute the case, with her former law professor defending the sailor. The trial is televised. Harm looks into an apparent suicide on board a carrier.
14 November 2000A petty officer smuggles a foreign national into the U.S. and then marries her. INS tracks her down, she is a princess in her country. JAG tries to help them find a solution.
21 November 2000Just days before a Senate confirmation hearing, Admiral Boone is accused of participating in a massacre during the Viet Nam. Bud returns to work a week after his family tragedy.
