While the director could apparently afford decent actors, the script, situations, and dialogue are all quite bad, and the monster is rubbery (but okay in concept) but it is at least better than the film's previous entries in the 'watchers' trilogy. Fans of b-movies will at least get a kick out of the laughable 'monster attack' scenes. (**)
