This DVD is quite good, except for one type of compression artifact which is occasionally a bit annoying: sometimes too much detail is lost during movements and sometimes details follow moving objects with a 2-3 frames delay. This is especially visible during some close-up of faces. Otherwise not too many compression artifacts are visible and the movie only slightly grainy during some bright shots. The resolution is fine as are the colors.
The sound is good, but does not make to much use of surround effects, despite the fact that the movie was originally recorded in dts 5.1. It is very dynamic with great sounding songs and a reasonably intelligible dialogue.
