• Continuity: The images produced by the photocopier are facing the wrong way.
  
  
• Continuity: Bad guys wear red jumpsuits; missing spots in diving formation should be filled with blue jumpsuits
  
  
• Continuity: The bandage around Nessip's neck when he's lying on the stretcher.
  
  

• Continuity: When Ty is killing Jagger, his (Ty's) cutaway handle is red. But when he lands, it's purple-ish.
  
  
• Errors in geography: The DEA agent in the DC office makes a sandwich with Best Foods mayonnaise. Best Foods is known as Hellmann's on the East coast.
  
  
• Continuity: When one of team has a chute that fails to open he falls to the ground much faster than the rest of the team whose chutes opened as expected. When he hits the water, everyone on the ground immediately runs to his aid, including Jessie who should still be up in the air hanging from a parachute.
  
  
• Continuity: A blanket suddenly appears over Nessip while he is on the stretcher, just as Crossman comes over to see him.

• Continuity: Just before Selkirk deploys his sabotaged parachute we see a close up of him in freefall where we can clearly see he is missing his main 3 ring connectors, which means he has already cut away from his main in that shot.
  
  
• Continuity: After Swoop cuts away from his main to assist Selkirk with his malfunction we see a close up as he falls down to Selkirk, clearly his 3 ring connectors are still stowed which means his main has not even deployed at this point, yet we have just seen him cutaway.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: The shot when we see Selkirk deploy his canopy that malfunctions is obviously reversed. He deploys with his left hand instead of his right and his cut-away pillow and reserve handle or on opposite sides to the correct position.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: After the team-member has fallen into the water and he is not supposed to be breathing (before Jesse brings him back to life) one can clearly see him swallow.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Just before he is suspended, Nessip says "I've got it narrowed down to a 2 square mile radius." There's no such thing. He should have said "a 2 square mile circle" or "a circle with a 2 mile radius" - roughly 12 square miles.
  
  
• Factual errors: When Ty and Nessip square off in the Fed building with empty guns, the slides in their semi-automatics should be racked back indicating empty clips.
  
  
• Continuity: When Nessip is practicing in the wind tunnel, being watched by the other members of the team, Jess Crossman is alternately shown with her red jumpsuit either fully on or tied around her waist. There does not appear to have been enough time elapsed for the configuration of her jumpsuit to change so often.
  
  
• Continuity: In his first jump with his team, Nessip is mostly shown with an orange cutaway handle (orange being the usual color for cutaway handles). However, immediately after landing, on the same jump, Nessip is shown with a yellow cutaway handle.
  
  
• Continuity: Ty has to physically grab Jagger's chute with one hand and drag him into the power lines. But all of the close-ups of Ty show both of his hands on the handles.
  
  
• Continuity: After Selkirk falls after his chute doesn't open and 2 men pull him out of the water, you see Jessie already at his side on the ground. In the next shot, Jessie is still running to Selkirk.
  
  
• Errors in geography: Ty and his team were supposed to be landing and infiltrating the "DEA Building" in Washington DC. We know this building is supposedly 27 stories high as one of the agents in the building hit the button in the elevator for Floor 27. No building in DC is that high, with the exception of the Washington Monument.
  
  
• Continuity: When Kara is left on the photocopier after the fight, her mouth is closed; in the photocopies, it is open.
  
  
• Plot holes: Swoop is way up on the top of a skyscraper, yet he can hear Nessip calling for someone to stop Leedy.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Right before the DC qualifying jump begins, a camera operator can be seen filming the crowd underneath the canopy. Although one could argue that he might just be filming for a news crew or making a documentary about the jump, the Panavision film camera he's clearly using is not suited for that sort of work.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Torski and Leedy land on the roof of the Miami Police building, an obvious dummy is used in place of Leedy.
