Thoroughly pedestrian horror offering is *SO* 1988, a parade of bad hair, bad clothes, and a REALLY bad power anthem that the viewer is subjected to not once, but THREE times during this picture. This flick is not entirely dismissible, however...there are a few pretty strong moments. Familiar story involves an experimental rage drug that develops a contagion within the confines of a Florida university...predictable chaos ensues. Nothing astonishingly bad OR good to report here...PRIMAL RAGE is a big "whatever" of a movie, take it or leave it- three bucks on a rental won't likely break you, if you're really that curious.
5/10...neither here nor there.
