A laugh a minute comedy fest is a spoof of "Top Gun".Topper Harley is reluctant to join the Air Force because of past events, but he is eventually persuaded.The jokes are often on the bullseye and Bridges steals the show as an amazingly incompetent Officer whose never landed a plane in his life.
