Goofs:

Continuity: After Steve Martin gets out of the hospital the nurse turns to walk away from his limo and the driver shuts the door at the same moment the car is being started. As soon as the camera pulls back to a wider shot the nurse is gone and the driver is behind the wheel.

Quotes:

Davis: While we got a moment here, maybe you can explain something to me I never understood. What is the theory on this handkerchief thing? I mean, after you blow your nose in it, you put it back in your pocket and then you see someone in distress and you like give them this gift from your pocket and they are suppose to be grateful as they wipe it all over their face.

Deserved more attention

"Grand Canyon" is a lot of things at once, but I found all of it completely fascinating. The characters and situations were realistic and the cast is flawless. You might find yourself crying at the movie - I did. It's a shame there was no audience for this movie, because I think it has a lot to say on several levels.
