I found this a little disappointing. It wasn't that I expected much, it's just that the film was far less interesting than I expected. The script was very banal, barely exploring the back story to the demonic old lady which could have been interesting and also had too much time of zombies talking and walking around and not acting very zombie like. The characters were mostly lame and unsympathetic, and the budget was low, so unfortunately not allowing for much of a set or any fancy tricks. The gory killings were the films saving grace, cheap but suitably ghastly, very good for a film of this calibre. In the end I had a just about average time with this. I liked the gore a lot, and there was the odd gripping moment, but the film just seemed to drag on and on, so I ended up a little bored. Good ending, but it should have come quicker. In conclusion, this is passable, but would be a lot better were it about ten minutes shorter.
