utterly vile and hilarious

I use this film as the 'acid test' for strong art film fans ... because while I admired its sheer over-the-topness, it came closer than any film in my memory to driving me out of the theater, gasping for air and light. I have yet to see anything grosser than this film: it is the standard (for me) by which all others are judged. If you can withstand the coupling (so to speak) of sex and vomiting, watch and enjoy!
