There are plenty of sexual situations. One of the female characters is a prostitute. Several scenes imply oral sex. Several characters are homosexuals and/or transvestites. Two men are shown in bed together, but no activity is shown. A woman wears provocative low-cut blouses that show cleavage through most of the movie. A woman is pregnant out of wedlock. A woman rips open her blouse and displays her breasts. She volunteers to have sex with a man while others watch, but the situation soon turns into a violent gang rape.

A man is beaten up by several other men. A man is hit by a car and you see him dead on the floor with a bloody face and his legs broken. There is a big riot scene that shows hand-to-hand fighting. Crowds are sprayed with fire hoses and tear gas. Several injuries show blood, but not particularly graphic. A man is stabbed in the leg. A woman is raped by several men. Several men severely beat another man after he attempts (off camera) to sexualy abuse on a teenage boy. Two men fight until one of them is trown against a baby's cradle, the baby rolls to the floor and the fight stops, and as the mother picks the baby up it is shown that he's not hurt.

Plenty of profanity. People are shown "giving the finger" on many occasions.

People consume alcohol; some are shown drunk. Cigarette and cigar smoking is shown. Marijuana and heroine use is shown.

There is a big riot scene. A woman is raped by several men. A baby is accidentally knocked out of the cradle but turns out alright in the end.
