Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There is a sex joke involving a married couple. If you don't think too hard on it, you'll end up missing it probably. A down-the-blouse scene is shown, with B&T obviously interested. One scene mentions the number 69.

Violence & Gore

mostly very slapstick "funny fighting" as I call it.

a scene where a knight thrusts his sword into a suit of armor and Bill witnesses it, thinking he is seeing Ted being killed

a scene where there are about to be beheaded (they are not because the executioners are jousted off the boards)

Profanity

Mild and rare throughout the film. A few h#!!, one cr@p and a short sequence of "merde" with subtitles. A name-calling of dickweed was used. Bill and Ted refer to each other in one scene with the word "fag."

In the wild west era they end up at bar, where a bartender gives them beer (they are underage). Bill then makes a joke saying "we need to remember this place"...and most of the characters in this scene are drinking smoking and gambling. Bill is shown smoking for a short time.

the scene where bill thinks Ted has been killed by a knight

the scene where they are almost murdered by beheading (they are saved)
