SOMEONE TO WATCH OVER ME (1988) **1/2 Tom Berenger, Mimi Rogers, Lorraine Bracco, Andreas Katsulas, Jerry Orbach, John Rubinstein. Style over substance from director Ridley Scott with cop Berenger assigned to 'babysit' socialite murder witness Rogers has some moments particularly thanks to the feisty Bracco as his Queens wife but lacks depth when in glitzy Manhattan.
