Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.
Visit our Parents Guide Help to learn more

Sex & Nudity

Some sexuality. Some rear female nudity (only the torso).

A man rips off a woman's shirt, and breasts are fully shown in a split second.

Violence & Gore

Frequent violence with no gore, sometimes offscreen, with the exception of a man being shot with a large rifle, a graphic amount of blood spray is seen.

A thumping human heart is briefly seen in a cooler, where it is being kept in cold storage.

Profanity

One use of mild language, and one possibly offensive word.

Some use of tobacco, protagonist smokes, some drug references, drug smuggling.

Timothy Dalton took over the role of James Bond in this film. Dalton is responsible for half of the smoking incidents in this film, resurrecting Bond's love of cigarettes after the character had stopped smoking in the later Roger Moore films.

Using a standardized scoring system, this film received a smoking rating of 3 Butts (on a scale of 0-4 Butts). For more information on the impact of onscreen smoking and the initiation of youth tobacco use, or for more information on the rating system, visit www.smokescreeners.org.

The scene where one woman suffocates a man with her cleavage may be seen as disturbing to some.
