Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant., 24 January 1999
Author: Adam Allouba from Montreal, Quebec

The Blackadder series is quite simply the most wonderfully entertaining piece of television ever made, and Blackadder III is the best of the lot. It is absolutely, positively hilarious. This is the only series that can put me in hysterics *years* after seeing an episode - whenever something triggers memories of a particularly devastating line, I will break out in uncontrollable laughter.

The Simpsons is very funny, Frasier is remarkably clever, etc. etc. But Blackadder is British comedy - and therefore humour itself - at its best.
