This movie should appeal to everyone.
Set in Melbourne, Australia, this is a story about Malcolm - a socially awkward and unemployed man with a flair for making quaint gadgets.
To help meet his living expenses, Malcolm leases a room in his home to Frank, who has just been released from gaol. Without an income, Frank plies the timid but skittish Malcolm to consort in some of his nefarious schemes.
The welcome path the movie takes from this juncture is a warm and amusing ride that has you cheering for Malcolm and co.
A clever and unforced film with a hearty serving of feel-good factor. Tuck in.
