• Crew or equipment visible: When Brundlefly opens the medicine cabinet to deposit his teeth, the mirror reveals a person in a red long-sleeved shirt pointing at him.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: The camera crew is reflected in the glass of the telepod.
  
  
• Continuity: When Brundle is sat at his computer, he bites the pencil and his teeth fall out onto the keyboard making a mess. A later shot of the keyboard reveals no teeth or blood on the keyboard.
  
  

• Continuity: After Veronica and Seth have slept together, Veronica wakes up alone in Seth's bed, apparently naked. Moments later she is walking across the room wearing white panties.
  
  
• Continuity: When the first baboon arrives in Telepod #2 he hits against the glass door of the pod, leaving a bloody mark. In a subsequent shot the amount of blood has significantly increased and the shape of the mark is different too.
  
  
• Continuity: When Seth jumps out of the final telepod at the very end, Ronnie starts to look up to see what has happened. In her close-ups the image has been reversed.

In the long shot of him (eventually) walking out of the room, the hairy wound on his back is not present. Seconds earlier in the scene, it is there and Ronny comments on it.
  
  
• Continuity: When Veronica interviews Seth for the first time, she has to flip the tape because it reached the end. Later on, when she presents the tape to Stathis, it apparently starts from the beginning.
  
  
• Factual errors: When Brundle decides to experiment with steaks, he has the bigger cut teleported. But later, after both cuts are fried, the one that is supposed to be teleported is actually the smaller one.
  
  
• Factual errors: When Verinoca is playing the cassette tape of her recorded conversation with Brundel for her former boyfriend, the direction of the tape and the amount of tape left suggests that it just began from the beginning. However, the portion of the conversation that is being played is just before her tape recorder begins beeping, indicating that the tape is at the end and needs to be flipped over.
