This has to be one of the only movies I've ever seen where the primary star (Kristy) has the fewest lines of dialog. Fortunately, she can communicate effectively without words most of the time. But it doesn't make the movie more interesting. The premise that dream control/alteration can get out of hand and the subject cannot differentiate between real and imaginary dreams. Enter the drug which allows physical movement during dreams and you have a "sleepwalking nightmare". There are many flashbacks in this movie, not all easy to understand. Some things, like her father's control and her music career are lightly touched upon, confusing the storyline. It is an interesting role for Kristy but one probably only enjoyed by her fans. The movie itself is only moderately suspenseful. I was watching the clock waiting for it to end.
