SPIES LIKE US (1985) **1/2 Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd, Donna Dixon, Bruce Davison, Steve Forrest, Bernie Casey, Frank Oz, Jim Stahl (cameos: BB King, Terry Gilliam, Ray Harryhausen, Bob Hope). Frequently funny Hope/Crosby sendup of their "Road" films with inept secret agent decoys sent to Asia as dupes with nuclear espionage at its center. Numerous gags many faltering yet good rapport between Chase and Aykroyd. Directed with all the subtlety of a bull in a china shop by John Landis.
